Every product and service is delivered digitally: print-ready files, written documents, hosted or downloadable websites. Nothing is physically printed or shipped. Files are licensed for your own wedding’s use (and your recipients’, for gift-style items); resale and redistribution are not licensed.
Made-to-order services are prepared for a small number of couples at a time. When a service is at capacity, its order button takes an email address instead of payment: no payment is collected, your place in line and the shown price are held, and reserving carries no obligation to buy. We write when a place opens; unsubscribing releases the place, without hard feelings.
Custom invitations include one revision; the stationery package includes concept approval plus one revision round across the set; vow curation includes two revisions. Vow material is strictly confidential: when both partners use the service, each side is handled in a separate conversation and nothing is shared between partners, ever.
Guest Capture Portal uploads are visible only to the couple unless the couple chooses to publish specific items. Couples may remove any upload at any time, and must download their collection within three months of the wedding, after which it is deleted from our systems. Guests upload through the browser without creating accounts.
We collect what the services need: an email address, application or message where you submit one, the wedding details a service requires, and a record when you click a final purchase button. Those submitted records include the page and campaign parameters, a browser-session identifier, your browser details, IP address and the approximate city, region and country supplied by our hosting provider. We do not store page views or intermediate tool interactions. Story-website content belongs to the couple; password-protected stories are indexed by no one. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, honoured immediately. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to us and it will be done.
Some buying guides (rings, photography) may contain affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you purchase through them at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships are disclosed on the pages where they appear and never determine a recommendation.
Cost and quantity calculators produce honest estimates from stated assumptions. They are guidance, not quotes; your vendors’ pricing is the final word.
