Choose public, unlisted or password-protected. The site can be hosted on our domain or delivered as a downloadable local edition.
Each edition is a one-time custom build. The differences are the number of chapters, the included guest portal and the hosting or local-copy options.
After year one, optional care and hosting starts at $99/year. A local copy has no ongoing hosting charge from us. Custom builds beyond the listed editions are quoted up to $5,000.

Before your slot
You receive a private upload space for photographs and a questionnaire covering dates, people and the details you want included.
During your slot
Our team arranges the material into chapters, drafts the connecting text from your answers and designs the site around the photographs.
About two weeks
We send the complete first version around two weeks after the booked slot begins. One round of changes is included before launch.
At handover
You receive your login details and a short guide to privacy settings and the Add Event tool.

Submitting a request takes no payment. Leave your email and chosen edition, and we will send the current timing and payment link when the build slot is ready.
Yes. You buy the build once ($1,200–$3,900 by collection; fully custom work quoted up to $5,000). Hosting on our domain is included for the first year (three with The Orchard); after that an optional care plan from $99/year keeps it hosted and maintained — or take the downloadable local edition and owe nothing again.
Photographs (a folder is fine — sorting is our job), the dates and places that matter, and your answers to one questionnaire about how the story actually went. If you use the Guest Capture Portal at the wedding, all of that flows in automatically.
Yes. The Add Event flow lets you upload photographs, add text and publish a new chapter within the existing design. A short handover guide is included.
Any time. Public, unlisted or password-protected is a switch, not a rebuild.
It is a downloadable copy of the complete website that runs from your own computer or drive without our hosting. The Orchard includes it as standard. The offline update workflow is confirmed with you before payment.
